This automatic auger filler packaging machine is a widely used, highly automated open-mouth bagging machine capable of bag feeding, powder filling(weighing feedback with screw metering filling method), bag finishing and sealing. Powder filling is achieved by lifting the bag from the bottom through a screw feed port. The drop is controlled by the lift, minimizing air and dust generation and dispersion, while providing high-precision metering. It is suitable for packaging ultra-fine powders. It is suitable for various packaging materials, including paper bags, plastic bags, coated woven bags, and inner PE bags requiring bag opening bonding (M-fold capability). Equipment composition and function:

③Bag clamping plate and chute:This unit is used to clamp the edge of the bag conveyed by the feeding bag unit, open the bag mouth filling, clamp the bag cylinder to clamp the edge of the bag, open the bag mouth by narrowing the width of the bag, and then open the bag clamp to fill the bag with material.
④Bag mover: This is a device that moves filled bags to the bag guide components.
⑤Bag guide: This device grabs the top (mouth) of the bag filled with materials delivered by the conveyor belt to prevent the product from crossing with the air and allows the bag to move in the required direction to facilitate the sealing operation.

If there are any abnormal devices during the entire process, the empty bags will be automatically removed.
