This semi-automatic powder packing machine is ideal for industries requiring high-precision filling of powders and small granules with varying densities and flow characteristics. Its simultaneous filling and weighing design ensures accurate dosing, making it suitable for both free-flowing and difficult-to-flow powders in small to medium-scale production environments.
Main Features
The machine’s main components are made of stainless steel. It features a combined or open-type transparent material hopper. The screw is driven by a servo motor or servo drive system for precise control.
A weight sensor is installed beneath the container tray. Based on preset weights, the machine performs fast and slow filling to ensure high packing accuracy.
The weighing system is designed with a high response speed to maintain consistent and precise measurements.
Two operating modes are available: quantitative weighing mode, which offers higher speed with slightly reduced accuracy, and online weighing mode, which delivers higher precision at a slower speed.
The machine includes a weight feedback and ratio tracking design to maintain accuracy when switching between materials with different densities.
Multiple product formulas with unique parameters can be stored in the system, with a maximum capacity of up to 10 presets for flexible operation.
