This fully automatic filling and packaging production line is designed in accordance with national GMP standards and is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, and household chemical industries for bottle or can packaging of powdered products such as milk powder, seasoning powder, pesticides, and monosodium glutamate. The system integrates bottle unscrambling, filling, capping, and labeling into one streamlined process. Equipped with a high-sensitivity weighing system and servo control, it ensures high filling accuracy. The lift function helps minimize dust dispersion. It is especially suitable for medium to large-scale manufacturers requiring hygienic, precise, and efficient powder filling operations.
Main features
1.Servo motor drives the auger, with a separate motor dedicated to stirring.
2.Equipped with Siemens PLC, Teco servo drive and motor, and a Siemens full-color HMI for reliable and user-friendly operation.
3.Integrated high-sensitivity load cell ensures precise and consistent filling accuracy.
4.Dual-speed filling: fast filling followed by slow filling as the target weight is approached, ensuring precise stop at the set point.
5.Workflow: Container enters → lifts up → fast fill → lowers → reaches pre-set weight → slow fill → reaches final target → exits.
6.The filling nozzle dives deep into the container and ascends gradually during filling, minimizing dust and the impact of material inertia.
7.Servo-driven lift platform helps control dust dispersion and improves cleanliness during the filling process.
8.Two interchangeable filling modes: volume-based (high speed, lower accuracy) or weight-based (high accuracy, slower speed), allowing flexibility based on production needs.
