This fully automatic can sealer is designed for sealing various types of round cans, including tin, aluminum, plastic, and paper cans. The machine ensures precise lid placement with a PLC-controlled system and man-machine interface. Its automatic conveyor speed adjustment makes it easy to operate, while the use of SUS304 stainless steel guarantees durability and ease of maintenance. The system stops if no lid is present, protecting both the machine and the products.
Main features
1.PLC control, touch screen, and user-friendly man-machine interface. The lid alignment control system ensures that the lid is allocated automatically when the can body enters the machine. If no can body is present, no lid will be allocated.
2.If a lid is missing, the machine will stop automatically. Cans will not engage with the head mold, preventing any damage to the machine components.
3.The conveyor belt speed is automatically adjustable for easy operation. The machine’s main body and structure are made from SUS304 stainless steel for durability and easy maintenance.
